Food Coma ??

A state in which a person is generally lethargic, lazy, and very full from eating a large meal. Relieving the effects of a food coma can be to unbutton their pants so their stomach can expand beyond normal parameters. It's advised that a person take a short nap, followed by a large dessert.

If by any chance you ALWAYS get food coma but are eating reasonably and moderately, it may be a problem with your blood sugar levels. Consider a visit to a Doctor .
